Spotlight: Mental Boost

Sometimes we all feel a little sluggish and like we’re in a bit of a fog. Linoleic Acid and Gamma Linoleic Acid (GLA) – From the University of Maryland Medical Center: “EFAs are important to normal brain and behavioral function.”

Huperzine A 5% – WebMD.com says, “it (Huperzine A) causes an increase in the levels of acetylcholine. Acetylcholine is one of the chemicals that our nerves use to communicate in the brain, muscles, and other areas.”
