Good things can come in small packages and the same is true about this product. These drops are in a highly absorbable liquid form, therefore they act fast to diminish cravings and in so doing reduce the amount you eat, helping you to lose weight. Today I’ll talk about the 3 main ingredients in this amazing product.

African Mango
A study done in 2005 wanted to see the effect of African Mango (Irvingia gabonensis) on 40 obese participants. This double blind study lasted for one month, with some participants receiving a placebo and others receiving African Mango. At the end of the study the researchers found that the participants taking the African Mango experienced a weight loss of 5.6 ± 2.7%, while the participants taking the placebo only experienced a weight loss of 2.23 ± 1.05%. The participants taking the African Mango also saw a considerable decrease in their waist and hip measurements compared to those taking the placebo.

Another study that was published in the Lipids in Health and Disease journal reported “subjects who took 150mg of this African Mango seed extract twice a day showed “significant improvements” in their body weight, body fat, and waist circumference, as well as a slew of numbers that indicate better heart health, including plasma total cholesterol, LDL cholesterol, blood glucose, C-reactive protein, adiponectin, and leptin levels.”

Super CitriMax® Clinical Strength Garcinia cambogia extract
Liquid Health’s African Mango drops contains other remarkable ingredients shown to help increase your chances of weight loss success. One of these is Super CitriMax® Clinical Strength Garcinia cambogia Extract. Although more studies are needed, a review of available studies on Garcinia cambogia stated that “several studies have found that the administration of G. cambogia extracts is associated with body weight and fat loss in both experimental animals and humans.”

Chromium (as chromium polynicotinate)In addition to the Super CitriMax®, Liquid Health African Mango drops also contains chromium (as chromium polynicotinate). A study was done testing the relationship between chromium and carbohydrate cravings in 2005. At the end of the 8 week study the researchers found that “the CrPic group showed significant improvements from baseline” in the areas of “appetite increase, increased eating, carbohydrate craving” when compared to the placebo group. Another study of chromium polynicotinate and its effect on food intake “demonstrated that CrPic, as compared to placebo, reduced food intake, hunger levels, and fat cravings and tended to decrease body weight.”
